Licence Agreement

This document sets out the terms of the licence which you, the user, are granted by the author (Vaquita Software) to use the software. The software (VaqEventGenerator.vpi and associated files) itself remains the property of Vaquita Software.

You must understand all the terms in this document before using the software.

General Terms

The software is provided "as is". There is no absolute guarantee as to its functionality.

Any tests performed on the software are detailed in the accompanying help file, although the performance indicated in the results of these tests cannot be guaranteed in any particular operating environment.

Different versions of the software may perform in different ways, so you should ensure you are consulting the correct documentation.

Vaquita Software cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the users use of the software. It is the users responsibility to ensure that the processing provided by the software is appropriate for their requirements.

Demo Mode

You are allowed to use the software in Demo Mode free of charge, in order to evaluate the suitability of the sotware for your application.

You may use the software in Demo Mode for a single period of up to 28 days. The purpose of this period is to allow you to assess the software, to determine whether or not it is suitable for your requirements.

The Demo Mode period is governed by a software licensing system. Any attempt to override this system will result in the immediate termination of your licence.
